1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (AGB) apply to all contracts and services between Adil Amin ("Provider") and the user ("Customer") of the Imagetoolkit platform.
2. Services
The Provider offers online tools for image and PDF manipulation. All services are currently provided free of charge. The Provider reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future, subject to updated terms.
3. User Obligations
Users must not upload illegal or harmful content. The Provider reserves the right to delete content and block users who violate these terms.
4. Liability (Haftung)
The Provider is liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to the violation of essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties).
5. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
